Reeling frame of harvester
专利摘要:
A harvester reel having a shaft is journalled on a supporting frame of a harvesting vehicle for rotation relative to the frame about a main horizontal, transverse axis. A pair of mounting arms are axially spaced apart on and fixed to the shaft, which may be tubular. Extending parallel to the axis and journalled on the two arms is a bat rotatable with respect to the arms for movement about a bat axis parallel to the main axis. At least at one end the bat has a crank carrying a crank pin with a crank axis offset from but parallel to the bat axis. Fixed on the main frame is a circular guide symmetrical about a guide axis eccentric from and parallel to the main axis. A follower, like an eccentric strap, is mounted to rotate on the circular guide. A rod connection to the follower extends to a journal connection on the crank pin. Usually, the reel includes a number of similarly mounted bats, and all but one of the rods is connected to the follower by journal connections having their axes parallel to the main axis, the one follower omitting the pivot connection to the guide and being fixed relative thereto. S 5 «rrs;-. but separated by axial intervals and fixed with each other there are pairs of rays b and 7, which together form easily and at the same time rigid, assembly beams. All the rays b and 7 are fastened locally by fasteners 8 (Fig. 4), including a threaded nut 9, fixed in a shaft roll, and a bolt 10 that holds each beam, essentially tangential to the surface of the shaft 4, and the pairs rays b and 7 are overlapping and peripherally spaced apart from each other to provide a near-triangular spatial system. Rays b and 7 are attached to their adjacent parts between their ends and with each other with anchor bolts 11 that carry fastening nuts. The device has a whole number of pairs of rays around the periphery of the pipe. In this case, there are five pairs of rays. A device may have three pairs of rays. One of the beams is longer than the other one and is held under the ground by the device 12 (Fig. 5). These rays collectively effectively support shaft 13 of the rod 14 of the reel 15 at one end and comparable shaft 13 of the rod 14 of the reel 15 at the other end, and also if intermediate similar shafts are used. Thus, the shafts 13 of the slats 14 of the reel 15 are aligned along the shaft of the slat 14 of the reel. As reel 14 reels, cylindrical shafts are used at two ends, and at intermediate locations and between these shafts there is a box 15 that reel of the reel. It is a extruded aluminum extrusion profile, or similar material, having a generally narrow rectangular cross section. The shank profile (Fig. 8) includes a cavity 16, a radial inner wall 17, a radial outer wall 18 and side walls 19 and 20. Despite the fact that each of the reel plates can be rotated around its axis, it is preferred to use to some extent smaller than full circular rotation. For this reason, at least one of the ends of the reel strip, such as the end near the shaft 13, is fixedly attached to the connecting rod 21 (FIG. 5), having a certain profile and carrying the crank pin 22, concentric with the axis of the finger of the crook 23, parallel to the axis of the bar the reel 15 and the main axis 5. The movement of the crank 22 around the axis simultaneously rotates the bar of the moto fork along its entire length. With this design, the reel plank is tough and needs a very small number of supports between its ends. The type of slats 14 of the reel 15 and their connections is such that it requires slightly less than the full rotation of the reel strip. In order to drive all the slats 14 of the reel 15, there is a mechanism that informs the oscillations of each of the slats 14 of the reel 15 relative to its corresponding axis along an arc, which ideally constitutes an ISC, but which in practice contributes a somewhat smaller arc, being an arc of about 170®, or a few degrees more or less. This range of oscillation is larger than sufficient to set the reel bars properly and essentially parallel to each other when they move around the main axis 5 through the lower part of the path of the reel bar at an arc distance of approximately 170 °. This mechanism has an annular guide 24 (discs). This guide may be an eccentrically located plate having a support plate. bearing ring centered on the axis on the axis of movement 25 .. The guide is made in the form of a series of rollers 26-28, having axes fixed with respect to the frame, and with all outer side cylindrical surfaces of the cylinders inscribed and a circle having its center on the axis of the track 25. A ring 29 of the driven element 30 of the transmission is arranged around the rollers 26-28. This ring can rotate relative to the cylindrical guide rollers 26-28, since it lies on them in the engagement of the rolling bearing. A circular guide ring 29 is connected to one of the fingers of the crank 22 by a link 31 fixed to the guide ring 29 to prevent rotational movement by a pair of fasteners 32. In this way, the ring 29 and link 31 are held against relative movement. The circular guide ring 29 is connected to the rest of the fingers of crank 22 by side links 33, pivoted by fingers of crank 22 and fingers 34. The reel must be rotated by the drive 35 in arrow 36. Although the slats 14 of the reel 15 can be used sagli on their own, it is honored to provide them with additional gripping elements. Each of the reel strips along its entire length has twin holes 37 and 38 (Fig. 7 and 8) made in the walls 18 and 20 with axially spaced intervals. . The gripping elements of the bar 15 are made in the form of spring wire teeth 39, having: an intervening finger 40, bending due to the coil 41 in the tooth; The coil length 41 is located along the wall 12 of the bar 14 of the reel 15 and has a branch part 42 in it, as well as a hook 43. For the initial installation, it is screwed through the opening 37 into the box cavity of the reel 15 and through it, and then placed into the opening 38, while the end of the hook lies flush with the wall surface of the reel 14 of the reel 15. with at the inner surface of the opposite wall 19 of the reel strips. The spring coil 41 is in a position in which the finger 40 is free to bend in both directions and the base of this mechanism is firmly held in place in rotation, longitudinally and transversely without any additional fasteners. After initial installation, or if one of the teeth wears out or even breaks during operation, it is simple to apply the punch to the hooked end 43 of the tooth and pull it back into the internal cavity of the reel box and slightly to the side from the opening 38. It is then easy to manually withdraw the hooked end 43 from this cavity through the opening 37. For some types of work, it is preferred to have a different installation. However, most of the parts are similar, except for changing the locations of the centers, or points of rotation, however, the reel bar 15 has a connecting rod 21 and a crotch teeth 39, JcaK and earlier. The shaft of the reel 15 is placed in a split bracket 44, which sits on the plan of the reel and is secured in place with a through bolt 45. Since the angle of the side links 33 relative to the connecting rod 21 can be sufficiently flat near opposite ends of the stroke, a curvature can occur over center, especially when old and worn. If required, the stoppers 46 and 47 can be installed between the links 33 and the connecting rod 21 or at equivalent positions in order to alert any movement above the center. The reel works in the following way. When the reel 15 is rotated, its planes 14 with teeth 39 capture the grain mass, while they are close to the ground to ensure the capture of stems laid or rolled and transferred to subsequent working bodies. The slats 14 oscillate from about their axis in an arc up to 180 using a roller annular guide 24 fixed eccentrically with respect to the main drive shaft -4, a ring 29 connected by links 33 by means of cranks 22. The proportions and ratios of the mechanism are such that the eccentricity of the slave ring the transmission element and the finger radius of the crank 22, when the main shaft 4 rotates around the axis 5 with any suitable drive 35, would be such that the required oscillation of the reel plate is achieved. Rotation occurs in the direction of arrow 36. When this rotation of the reel 15 occurs, the eccentricity of the circular guide 24 forms both the oscillating movement of the fingers of the crank 22 and the corresponding oscillation of the individual reel strips 15. The design is such that each reel of the reel is essentially perpendicular to the surface of the earth over the greater part of the lower half of the rotation of the reel (Fig. 2). This is the desired movement. The reel strip swings around its own axis. or about its shaft 13 for about half the rotation, for about half full movement around and below the axis of the shaft 5. Then the reel bar returns after about half the rotation around its own axis during the rest of the rotation of the reel around the axis of the reel 15. In some cases x it may be desirable to have to some extent an equal or greater than 180® movement of the reel strip around the axis of the reel strip. In this case, the interconnection of the rod and the crank arm can be replaced by a rack on the connecting rod that engages with the gear roller on the axles of the reel bar and concentrically with them. However, this usually requires additional lubrication and additional crankcases and, therefore, in the present case, it is preferable to interconnect the main connecting rod and side thrust, since the required amount of movement can be obtained without complication. Alternatively, the transfer ring 29 can also slide onto the collar on the eccentric plate, as described, however, for good lubrication, adjustability and ease of maintenance, in the present case, it is preferable to use different eccentrically mounted cylindrical guide rollers 26- 28 The offered reel is much lighter than the reel still used for similar working conditions. conditions, the mechanism that operates to provide the required amount of cyclical movement is mechanically simple without intermediate bearing reel interrupting the bar and, which is relatively easy and inexpensive to assemble, lubricate and repair, while it can work under heavy loads .
